About Elk Meadows

Elk Meadows is a 72-unit family housing development currently under construction in Ruidoso, New Mexico. Ruidoso has faced acute housing shortages following recent wildfires and seasonal tourism pressure on the local rental market. Elk Meadows will deliver desperately needed workforce and family housing to the village and its surrounding mountain community.
